These Terms of Service govern your use of the bestmassage88.com website and the in-person services offered at 12994 Massage SPA, located at 12994 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33774. By using our website or visiting our spa, you agree to these terms.

About Our Services

12994 Massage SPA offers walk-in massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, body massage, and full body massage. Sessions are offered in 30-minute and 60-minute formats, with flat-rate pricing — $50 for 30 minutes, $70 for a 60-minutes. Pricing applies equally to all session styles. We do not offer medical massage, specialized maternity massage, or specialized clinical treatments. If you require these, please seek a specialized provider.

Walk-In Policy

Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week between 9 AM and 10 PM. Calling ahead at 727-307-2164 is encouraged but not required. Wait times during peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings) may be 5 to 15 minutes. We reserve the right to decline service if all therapists are booked or the spa is closing.

Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of our therapists, please inform the front desk before your session of any medical conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancies, or medications that could affect your massage. Our therapists are trained in standard relaxation massage and will adjust the session accordingly. If you have a medical condition that requires clinical attention, please consult a qualified medical professional before booking. We reserve the right to decline service or modify the session if a guest's condition is outside our scope of practice.

Conduct

Our spa maintains a professional, respectful environment for both guests and therapists. Inappropriate behavior, requests outside the scope of standard relaxation massage, or any conduct that makes therapists uncomfortable will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from the spa. Full payment will still be due. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because we operate on a walk-in basis, there are no cancellation fees and no advance deposits. If you call ahead and cannot make it, please simply call back to let us know — there is no penalty. Once a session has begun, payment is due in full at completion. We do not issue refunds for completed sessions; if you are not satisfied with any aspect of your visit, please speak with the front desk before leaving so we can address it.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept cash and most major payment methods. Pricing is posted at the front desk. Tipping is voluntary and entirely at your discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
