Our most popular session: a full 60 minutes covering back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, and feet. Slow, unhurried, and tailored to your day.

What Is a Full Body Massage?
A full body massage is our most-requested 60-minute session. Our friendly female therapist works through every major area — back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, hips, legs, and feet — at a slow, unhurried pace. Unlike a 30-minute focused session, the full hour gives time to address the whole body without rushing, which is why it's the favorite of regular guests.
The pressure is yours to choose: light, medium, or firm. The therapist starts with broader, warming strokes and gradually moves into more specific work where you need it.
Why 60 Minutes Over 30?
Thirty minutes is great for a quick fix — say, your back or shoulders only. But the body holds tension in connected patterns. Tight shoulders are often linked to a tight neck, which is linked to a tight jaw and upper back. A full hour lets the therapist work through these chains rather than chasing one spot.
- More complete relief — every major area is addressed
- Slower pace means deeper relaxation
- Therapist has time to find and release knots
- You leave feeling fully reset, not just patched up
- Best value at $60 for a full hour
What a Typical Hour Looks Like
The session starts with a brief check-in: where you feel tight, what pressure you prefer. After you change in privacy and settle on the table, the therapist begins on your back — usually the largest area of tension — and works outward to the shoulders and neck. They may move to your arms and hands next, then ask you to turn over for the front of the body, legs, and feet. Final minutes are quiet, slow strokes to bring you back gently before getting up.
Making It a Regular Habit
Many of our regulars come in once or twice a month for a 60-minute massage. It's enough to keep chronic tightness from building up, helps with sleep quality, and gives a small reliable break from busy weeks. We don't run packages or memberships — pay for what you use. Walk-ins are always welcome, and we're open every day from 9 AM to 10 PM.
